At Purple, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. As an essential service, Purple will be remaining open and functional throughout the latest period of restrictions, however we have taken every precaution to protect our staff and customers. We know that the current situation is anything but easy and we will do our best to make sure that we help our customers during this difficult time. Our work is currently classed as ‘essential services’ as we are in the construction and fabrication industry, and we know that having a working sink and hob is integral to the functioning of a home. Although our Worcester showroom has had to close at the moment, as it is classed as retail, rest assured that Purple is still here to quote and send out samples. We are fully functional in our Head Office in Kidderminster and have implemented protocols to make our workplace ‘Covid secure’. When at the fit location, our fitters and templaters will socially distance wherever possible and have been provided with masks to wear when appropriate.
